IDEAL Legal's services are provided “as-is,” and as such LawScribe expressly disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. As all IDEAL Legal Clients have represented that they are licensed attorneys, and by agreeing to the use of IDEAL Legal, Clients agree that it is their sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the final product. Because all IDEAL Legal services are provided “as-is,” IDEAL Legal's liability, if any, shall be limited to the total amount of payments received by Clients for the services giving rise to any dispute and or litigation.

Any intellectual property or otherwise technical information sent to IDEAL Legal may be deemed by the United States Government to be exported beyond U.S. territory and received by foreign citizens. Client will take any and all necessary precautions to ensure Client is in compliance with U.S. state and federal export regulations. In no event shall IDEAL Legal be held responsible or liable for said exportation.

IDEAL Legal shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, the following: computer related problems as a result of any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, etc. and any other items that may cause destruction to computer hardware, lost data, lost revenue, business interruption, and lost profits. IDEAL Legal shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever for any delays or errors in providing services to Clients. Any and all claims in these respects are expressly waived by Client and any monetary damage shall be limited to the total amount of payment made to IDEAL Legal for the services complained of.
